The Who and Why
The Coalition of Oregon Land Trusts (a.k.a COLT) is a Portland based land conservation organization with a small but mighty team. They built their first website and have been growing a great audience and membership ever since. However, their initial site was beginning to show its age. They decided to hire a professional web design team to join them in reaching their origination's website goals.
The What and How
We met through a referral and become fast friends. Their desire for a fresh new website design along with new member-centric features was coming to fruition. Planning sessions, content strategy and the design process got quickly underway. We refreshed the logo and created a new style guide. The production was made swift by the COLT team's well planned content organization and site-mapping. New functionality was carefully planned and implemented. The final results were met with much praise from their members and community. The success of this project is a testament to everyone on the Upthentic Creative and COLTs teams working diligently together. We are filled with gratitude to have been their web team on this project.
